Is my payment info stored on welago?
No. All transactions happen directly on partner sites (hotels, airlines, car rental companies). welago never handles or stores payment information.

How do live voice calls work?
Any crew member can start a voice call right from a discussion or DM. Tap to join and welago calls your phone — so you can talk hands-free while browsing hotels or checking flights. You can also dial in with a 6-digit PIN. See who's on the call, mute, or hang up from the app.
What can the AI Trip Assistant do?
The AI Trip Assistant knows your full trip — crew list, RSVPs, itinerary, discussions, travel details, group size, and dates. You can ask it questions in plain English ("Who hasn't RSVPed yet?"), have it send a direct message to a crew member, create a Final Confirm Request, or tap "Let AI Build One" in any discussion to get poll ideas tailored to your trip — like "Best golf courses near Cabo for 4 people?" — then AI creates a voteable poll with booking links. The assistant is available to every crew member, not just the organizer.
