For vacation rental hosts

Stop answering the same four questions

Give every booking one link. It opens a trip already filled in with their dates, your address, your check-in times and your house notes — so the group works it out between themselves instead of messaging you separately.

Set up your place — free

Free for hosts and for guests. Your guests download nothing and create no account.

A group of ten books your place. Over the next three weeks you answer what time can we check in four separate times, send the address twice, explain the parking to someone who is not on the reservation, and get asked for the wifi password before they have arrived.

None of that is a booking problem. It is a coordination problem, and it lands on you because you are the only person in that group who knows the answers.

How it works

1

Set your place up once

Photos, the address, check-in and check-out times, your welcome note, the house rules that keep getting asked about, and the places you would actually send them. Ten minutes, once.

2

Paste your link into your welcome message

You get one link for the property. Add the dates on the end and it becomes that stay. It works in whatever you already send — the platform message, an email, a text.

3

They arrive at a trip that already knows everything

Their dates, your address, your note, your recommendations. They add their crew, sort out who is driving and who owes what, and none of it comes back to you.

Your link looks like

welago.com/w/yourname/blue-cabin

You pick the first part once and it is held for you. The rest is made for you from each property's name.

What that gets you

🔑

Check-in details stay locked

Door codes, wifi and the alarm are never on the public page. They unlock only for people signed in and on that trip, and only once you approve the stay. Rotate a code and every active trip updates at once.

💬

One person asks, not four

The group gets one place for the address, the times and your notes — so the questions get answered between them instead of arriving in your inbox four times.

🛏️

They sort the bedrooms out themselves

List the rooms and who sleeps where, and the crew claims them between themselves. You stop being the middleman for an argument about who gets the master.

🚫

You are not in their trip

You cannot see their messages, their plans or who is coming, and they know it. The card just gives them a way to reach you — which is the point.

Watch the demo

Your property page, start to finish — set up once, then every booking gets it.

Nothing for your guests to download

They tap the link and they are in. No app, no account, no password — which matters, because the one person organising is not the problem. It is the other nine, and any one of them who has to make an account is a person who never sees your notes.

From there the group does what a group does: works out who is driving, who is arriving when, and who owes whom for the groceries. Your part is already answered.

What this is not

welago is not a booking system and does not take reservations or payments. Your bookings keep happening wherever they happen now. This is what comes after the booking — the part where a group of ten has to actually organise itself, and currently does that by messaging you.

Set your place up once

Ten minutes now, and every booking after it arrives already knowing where they are going.
