We built the tool we always wished existed for planning group trips.
Our Story
welago was born out of frustration. Planning a group trip usually means juggling five different group chats, a dozen spreadsheets, and endless "wait, when are we going again?" texts. We built welago to change that. One link. One place. Everyone in sync.
We started with the most chaotic trip type we could think of — a destination wedding — and designed a tool that could handle it: guests flying in from different cities, hotels scattered around town, rehearsal dinners and shuttle schedules. If welago could handle that, it could handle anything.
Today, welago is used for bachelor and bachelorette parties, spring breaks, family reunions, ski weekends, summer lake trips, and destination weddings around the world.
